Total Comp @ Plan:$155000.00 TO $200000.00
Compensation:80125K base 75K variable for total comp of 155 200K plus equity uncapped
Base City:any major city in FL GA NC SC TX or CA
Travel Requirements:70
Relocation:Must live in territory

Complete Job Description:

The special markets rep will be responsible for driving sales strategies being an instrumental member of the North American sales team expanding market presence and fostering key client relationships to solidify the companys position as a leader in the industry. Strategic vision and hunger for success will be crucial in adapting to market changes and identifying new opportunities for business development and growth.

This rep will be responsible for the definition and delivery of commercial strategies that will drive sales in the DSO and large group accounts through winning of new contracts practice development key account management and services initiatives withOEM private label endtoend services.

The successful candidate will possess:
Strong background in sales and business development in the orthodontic or dental technology field.
Strong understanding of the dental market within group accounts anda strong network with access to decisionmakers
Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking
A clear understanding of the conceptual/consultative selling approach
Strong organizational/project management skills
A high level of IT knowledge and a high appreciation for new technology
The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
Ability to manage conversations and challenge CSuite level individuals
Resilience and ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment



Requirements

Current connections and experience selling into DSOs startup mentality experience selling orthodontic technology
Education:College Degree 4 Yrs
Additional Candidate Requirements:
  • Currently must have deep contacts in the DSO space
  • Currently must be selling in the dental space
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strongly prefer candidates selling orthodontic products
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Eagerness to work with a techy young startup and flexibility to change course on a dime
