Responsibilities:
- Teach highintensity Pilates classes on our custombuilt reformers
- Provide exceptional instudio hospitality
- Support in building an inclusive community of highly engaged BODYROK clients
- Represent and embody the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of class
- Follow the BODYROK teaching method
- Participate in BODYROK team meetings and events
- Must complete BODYROKs nationally accredited instructor training certification program. CEUs/CECs will be awarded upon completion of the program.
- Minimum 1year experience in at least one of the following: Pilates Circuit Training Indoor Cycling Bootcamp HITT Boxing/Kickboxing or Group Fitness.
- Ability to work mornings and/or evenings coaching a minimum of 6 classes/week. Weekend availability a plus.
- Outgoing and personable with a passion for motivating clients to achieve their fitness goals and fostering a strong sense of community.
- Reliable and hardworking with an excellent ability to multitask and communicate
- Team player with a positive cando attitude
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced dynamic work environment
- Capable of and interested in learning / growing with our expanding brand
- Must possess CPR and liability insurance (special rates and access given upon completion of training)
- Ability to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clients
- Assist clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitness
- Ability to modify exercises according to clients fitness levels
- Teach effectively and safely during all classes
