- Performance Bonuses: Up to $25000 in the first year
As an Assistant Spa Manager you will play a key role in ensuring smooth spa operations while also actively engaging with clients and staff. Youll work alongside Spa Associates at the front desk handling phone calls booking appointments greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. Additionally youll oversee scheduling inventory and administrative tasks to maintain an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service
- Assist in hiring training and coaching spa associates and service providers
- Sell memberships and spa packages to enhance guest wellness
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling inventory and reporting
- Ensure the spa is wellstocked and maintained for seamless operations
- Address customer concerns and therapist inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all spa services and products
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials
- Work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in retail management or sales (spa or wellness industry experience a plus)
- Experience in selling memberships is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to coach and mentor a team while also taking direction from the Spa Manager
- Comfortable using computer booking systems (experience preferred)
