Position Summary
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business you are selling something people need: transportation. At Harley Davidson you are selling what people want: passion adrenaline adventure and freedom.
Compensation: Pay plans with earning potential est.$60000$90000/year (base commission)
Duties Include:
- Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
- Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Update the CRM system
- Maintain a clean appealing showroom floor
- See and provide the fun and excitement of the HarleyDavidson brand
- Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
