Join the Continental Floral Greens Team as a Divisional Controller!
Are you a strategic financial leader looking to make an impact in the agriculture and manufacturing industries Continental Floral Greens is seeking an experienced Divisional Controller to oversee financial operations and drive efficiency across our PNW locations.
LOCATION & SCHEDULE
Hybrid position based in Shelton WA.
Fulltime
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage accounting operations including General Ledger Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Assist the Corporate Controller with financial reporting audits and compliance with property state and local tax regulations.
Ensure accurate monthend and yearend closings including balance sheet reconciliations accruals and journal entries.
Maintain fixed asset register and ensure proper depreciation tracking.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP company policies and industry regulations.
Partner with operations teams to optimize financial reviews spending and inventory management.
Lead financial system improvements automation and reporting capabilities.
Support external audits by ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive team dynamic and contribute to the companys vision mission and values.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or agriculture management.
Strong knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and internal controls.
Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems.
Proficiency in cloudbased ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
CPA or CMA certification preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Dependent on the position offered other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
The target hiring range for this position is $95000$120000 per year depending on experience.
