As a caregiver need to observe patients conditions taking note of their food and liquid intake and output as well as measuring and recording their vital signs. care taker should ensure that any changes in their health are promptly reported to the professional staff. care taker responsibilities extend to providing comprehensive patient care which includes supplying and emptying bed pans applying dressings to wounds and supervising exercise routines to aid in their recovery. Additionally Iassist patients with mobility offering help with walking exercising and moving in and out of bed. This support is crucial for their comfort and rehabilitation. By attentively monitoring their progress and addressing their needs play a key role in ensuring their wellbeing and facilitating their recovery. The combination of these duties requires a keen eye for detail compassion and dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care.
