What you can look forward to as an Accountant II

  • All coordination with shared service center on accounts payable and reconciliation
  • AP aging and past due analysis GRIR workflow mismatched IC reconciliation. Work closely with operation team.
  • Additional vendor payment and deductions per buyer/planner.
  • Monthly close JE.
  • Accrual balance review and analysis.
  • SG&A and overhead analysis review against forecast and budget..
  • Internal and external audit assistance.
  • Maintain relevant internal control for compliance with corporate policy

    Your Profile as an Accountant II

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance is required
    • 3years of experience in accounting/finance functions
    • Good with Microsoft Word Excel and SAP
    • Ability to problem solve selfreview work take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
    • Preferred 1 year of experience in the durable goods manufacturing industry (corporate or plant environment).
    • Preferred knowledge of plant accounting principles
