Ballad Health Medical Associates and Bristol Surgical Associates are currently seeking an Experienced Surgical Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their wellestablished practice at Smyth County Community Hospital in Marion Virginia.Inpatient Responsibilities include:Evaluates and treats new and chronic general surgery and acute trauma problems in clinic and hospital.Assists in surgery.Pre & PostOperative careED and Hospital ConsultsInpatient service and ER admissionsMedical record management and discharge summariesED/Hospital CallFull timeDay shift MonFriCall responsibilities to support surgeons.Compensation:Nationally competitive salaryCME allowanceFull benefits Medical/Dental/VisionRetirement
