Role Overview
The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator helps coordinate shipping and receiving areas along with maintaining a high attention to detail safety quality and organization.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of shipping and receiving department
- Process incoming parts for damage and match with POs
- Interact with supply services regarding materials and orders; answer any questions and assist with service
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping program a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced team environment
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication
- Provide overall support for office duties as needed
Requirements
- Forklift certified a huge plus or able to obtain shorty upon hiring
- Must be able to adhere to all safety requirements.
- Must be able to work safely in all surroundings with other team members.
- Regular timely attendance predictable is required for the position.
- Ability to understand and follow directions with moderate supervision.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Able to pass drug test and background check.
