Als Leiter/In des Sourcing Teams bei Swiss Life sind Sie verantwortlich fr die strategische und operative Fhrung umfassender Beschaffungsvorhaben.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
Leitung des Teams fr den strategischen und operativen Einkauf einschlielich grosser SoftwareBeschaffungsprojekte
Entwickeln Umsetzen und Monitoring von Warengruppenstrategien fr verschiedene Kategorien im IT und NONIT Bereich
Professionalisierung und Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse mit einem besonderen Fokus auf ITIntegration Lieferantenmanagement und ComplianceVorgaben
Beobachtung von Markt und Technologietrends insbesondere im ITBereich und Beratung des Managements in komplexen MakeorBuyEntscheidungen
Aufbau eines systematischen Lieferantenmanagements zur Sicherstellung langfristiger Erkenntnisgewinne und umfassender Selektionsprozesse
Frderung innovativer Beschaffungslsungen die den Erfolg von Swiss Life nachhaltig untersttzen
Ihre Strken
Sehr hohe BusinessOrientierung und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von komplexen Sourcing und ITOutsourcingProjekten
Kommunikationsstarke Persnlichkeit mit stilsicherer Ausdrucksweise und ausgeprgtem Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch und Englisch sowie professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Senior Management Fachbereichen und Providern
Erfahrung mit der standardisierten rechtlichen und VertragsTerminologie sowie mit allgemeinen Vertragsbedingungen
Fach/Hochschulabschluss sowie 3 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Fhrung des strategischen Einkaufs in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
