Direct Support Professional / Caregiver

Caregiver Job Responsibilities
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide in home services to adults with range of mental capabilities. Under the supervision of the Program Manager the responsibilities include:
- Teaching and coaching individuals according to habilitative plans.
- Assisting with or providing basic living skills such as cooking cleaning personal hygiene & medication.
- Providing supervision & engagement.
- Facilitating community outings.
Caregiver Job Requirements
For this position you must:
- Be able to demonstrate basic computer skills
- 21 years of age
- Have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a background check through DSHS
- Be available to work at least one weekend shift a week
