Job Description
TruPlace Inc. is a growing national company providing essential marketing tools for the real estate and vacation rental markets. We pride ourselves in providing unparalleled service to our clients and are looking for just the right fit to join our team on a temptoperm basis. The Client Care Representative will quickly get their feet wet in learning all aspects of our customer service and scheduling department with a strong focus on quality control and photo editing.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM in our casual Germantown MD office. A competitive hourly wage is offered based upon experience.
These position requires individuals who:
- have 3 years customer care experience in an office environment
- arevery organized detailoriented and a multitasker eagerly taking on new tasks and responsibilities
- arereliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- areproficient with Microsoft Office programs
- have excellent communication skills written and verbal
- have scheduling or similar experience
- HAS PHOTO EDITING KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE
- has a good sense of humor positive attitude and intellectual curiosity
- have real estate vacation rental hospitality or multifamily experience is a huge a PLUS
Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- quality control of tours and photo editing
- scheduling photographers for field appointments
- making tour changes for our clients
- entering property information into our system
- research and assisting other departments as needed
