We are hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead our Austin Domain Northside team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits one of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education worldclassservice standards and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger bond with loyal Away fans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. Were looking for candidates that are excited to provide bestinclass support to all of our customers from their arrival and until their departure.

What youll do as a Sales Supervisor

• Youll manage support and develop a team of retail associates

• Youll onboard new hires while still coaching existing team members

• Youll communicate Aways values and brand philosophy to your team and to customers alike

• Youll ensure that your team is providing the best customer service possible by providing such service yourself

• Youll take ownership of instore processes and operations and help define Aways SOPs

• Youll help run an efficient and growing retail business; optimize store operations and customer journey

• Youll be a point person for HQ counterparts and colleagues; assist in marketing events and programming at the store

• Youre able to pull push lift and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

• Youre able to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

• Youre able to bend squat twist and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift

What We Offer

Our total rewards are inclusive of both compensation and benefits. What we offer within a salary range is dependent on a number of factors including scope and qualifications for the role skillset and balancing internal equity relative to other Away employees. Salary and benefit offerings are reviewed during phone screenings to ensure alignment.

• Compensation Range: $19.00 $20.00 hourly

• This role is eligible to participate in Aways Retail Incentive Bonus Plan the terms of which are determined on an basis at the discretion of the company
