The successful candidate must be highly motivated committed and can work in a fastpaced environment. The candidate will become a part of an existing cohesive team comfortable working with others in a cooperative work environment; Able to maintain consistent attention to detail and accuracy; Professional courteous and respectful in dealing with people.
Duties include:
Manage a portfolio of existing House Accounts
Providing excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and ability to handle incoming /outgoing phone calls re: policy changes claims assist with additional product offerings to existing clients etc.
Reviewing renewals for premium and coverage changes on an annual basis
Remarketing house accounts as required
Cross selling monoline house accounts
Opportunities to earn through rounding of accounts and writing of new business
Maintaining professional relationships with Insurers and underwriters
Requirements:
RIBO license in good Standing
Good working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages
Ability to work with little supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of Applied Rater Applied TAM and insurance company portals
Team player willing and able to adapt to change
Able to perform well in a busy office and be steady under pressure
Excellent organizational interpersonal written and oral communication skills
