Job Summary :
Assures that patient physician and associate needs are met through effective and efficient preparation/processing/screening/reporting of cytology specimens FNA specimens and histology specimens through accurate timely and courteous completion of laboratory tests in a professional and competent manner.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Accuracy
2. Quality Control/Maintenance
3. Adheres to all regulatory agency guidelines
4. Oversees workload/Processing reports/File Maintenance
5. Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Required:
Bachelors or Associates degree in cytology
Mandatory Licensure/Certifications:
Cytologist with the ASCP or other regulatory agency
