Are you aVW Certified Technician with a passion for working on cuttingedge vehicles Antwerpen Automotive is looking for a dedicated and skilled Volkswagen Technician to join our team! If youre a problemsolver with a commitment to excellence youll thrive in our highvolume fastpaced service environment.
As a VW Certified Technician you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.
- Complete Volkswagenspecific repairs such as engine transmission and electrical systems as well as suspension brakes and exhaust systems.
- Stay uptodate with VW service bulletins technical updates and recalls.
- Perform factoryrecommended maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and more.
- Utilize stateoftheart diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate service records parts usage and time spent on each repair.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a wellmaintained work environment.
Qualifications:
- German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status is desired).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician with a focus on German vehicles.
- Expertise in using VWspecific diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models.
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine transmission electrical etc..
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to providing highquality work.
- Communication skills to interact with customers and the team.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
