As we continue to grow we are seeking a strategic and resultsdrivenChief Operating Officer (COO)to lead our operations and drive efficiency scalability and excellence across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and OptimizeManufacturing production planning inventory control purchasing tech services quality warehouse inventory management and engineeringfunctions to ensure seamless production and delivery of highquality products.
• Develop & MonitorFinancial & Performance KPIs and key operational metricsto track performance planned growth and drive continuous improvements.
• Supportnew product development (NPD) initiatives ensuring operational feasibility and seamless launch processes.
• Strengthensupply chain resilienceby optimizing sourcing procurement and inventory management strategies.

• Lead mentor and develop a highperformingoperations and supply chain team while fostering a culture ofaccountability collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10 years of leadership experiencein operations supply chain or manufacturing preferably inskincare personal care or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience in acontract manufacturing environmentwith a deep understanding of operational scalability and process optimization.
• Strong background inGMP FDA ISO compliance and regulatory affairsfor skincare and personal care products.
• Expertise inLean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience managingbudgets cost controls and heavy reliance on operational KPIs.
• Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
• Bachelors degree inEngineering Operations Management Business Administration or related field(MBA a plus).
