As aPrincipalyoull:
Support the growth of ourFS&Ppractice offerings in the specific solution areas market opportunity assessment go to market strategies competitive strategy and product commercialization
Lead business development workstreams to grow practice revenues
Be a skilled analytical problem solver capable of breaking down diverse business problems into solvable pieces and synthesizing facts into actionable insights
Lead small highperforming teams of consultants providing direction and coaching to help the team complete research efficiently and effectively apply appropriate strategic and financial analyses and successfully address the clients key questions
Be responsible for managingFS&Pstrategy engagements from start to finish including defining and managing the teams work plan and timely of project deliverables
Be a collaborative engagement leader with significant team management mentorship and leadership experience
Present strategic conclusions and recommendations to Kaiser partners and client stakeholders
SupportFS&Ppractice thought leadership and intellectual capital development
Serve as a strategy and thought partner to clients and senior officers of the firm
Required Qualifications:
5 yearsof consulting experienceincluding manager level or higher experience specializing inFS&Pat a management consulting firm
Demonstrated ability to generate new business within a management consulting context with proven abilities to attract acquire and develop client relationships
BA/BS Degree from an accrediteduniversity or college
An established and strong network within theFS&Psector
Executivelevel presence and communication
Demonstrated experience successfully leading workstreams and small highperforming teams
Creative big picture thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks (business development client management project management team management firm leadership)
Foreign language skills preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent people management skills
