Job Description
Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a wellrespected financial institution deeply rooted in the Indianapolis community. As the bank expands their commercial lending team we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join us in furthering our mission of empowering businesses and fueling economic prosperity in Indianapolis.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing relationships with commercial clients originating loans and providing expert financial guidance to support their business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients contribute to the growth of our lending portfolio and make a meaningful impact on the local business community.
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in finance business administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in commercial lending within a banking orfinancial services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully originating and managing commercial loan relationships.
- Strong understanding of commercial lending principles credit analysis and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound lending decisions.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and industries in the Indianapolis area is preferred.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
