Requirements:
- Arizona CNA license
- Level one Fingerprint card
- CPR
Job Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living activities and socialization
- Documenting care provided
- Obtaining and recording vital signs
- Identifying and communicating changes with nursing
- Anticipating a safe and caring living enviornment
- Providing respect and dignity to our residents
