Job Description
The Role: Supervises activities of the Surveillance department as subject to established company policies and local state and federal regulations.
- 1. Responsibilities: Enforces all surveillance policies and procedures; suggests new and improved methods procedures and technologies; plans reviews and authorizes scheduling of all surveillance personnel.
- Instructs and trains surveillance personnel in detection of illegal activities.
Maintains awareness of possible cheaters illegal gambling devices and scams through contacts and liaison with local state and federal law enforcement agencies
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers employees customers and the public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
