Are you passionate about occupational therapy and eager to make a real difference in the lives of seniors Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for you to join our PRN team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Prairie du Chien WI and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice asOccupational Therapy Assistant.
