This position is with a progressive financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate $29.00 $43.20 (plus $4.50 for night shift diff)
• Nights Only
• Signon Bonus 15000
• Weekend Shift Differential: $1.50
• Shifts: Nights (rotating weekends)

Responsibilities:

• The RN is responsible for the observation assessment nursing diagnosis planning intervention and evaluation of care.
• Promote wellness maintenance of health and prevention of illness of others.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner.

Requirements:

• Must have MedSurg experience. Candidates with PCU/CVICU/ICU acute experience will be considered.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in an acute care setting
• Current Florida State Registered Nurse license. Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If a compact license is held an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be a critical thinker provide service excellence and effectively communicate with colleagues and patients.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• PC Skills
