They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee onsite construction of upscale restaurant projects in Miami.
Position Overview: The Superintendent will lead and manage the construction of highend restaurant projects ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and design. This role requires a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of building sophisticated luxury dining spaces. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing fastpaced projects in the hospitality sector with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all onsite construction activities for highend restaurant projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors vendors and trades to ensure project schedules are met while maintaining superior quality and craftsmanship.
- Enforce and adhere to safety protocols quality standards and project timelines.
- Perform regular inspections to verify that work aligns with architectural plans specifications and luxury brand expectations.
- Work closely with project managers designers and clients to deliver projects that embody the clients vision and uphold brand standards.
- Manage site logistics troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges efficiently to maintain project momentum and quality.
- Maintain open communication with clients stakeholders and team members to provide progress updates and address any concerns proactively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing highend restaurant or hospitality construction projects.
- Proven track record with luxury projects demonstrating strong attention to detail and quality.
- Indepth knowledge of Miami building codes regulations and permitting processes.
- Expertise in managing complex schedules budgets and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build positive client relationships.
- Proficiency in construction management software MS Office and familiarity with highend materials and finishes.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
