Role and Purpose within the Organization:
Our production and fulfillment team members contribute to the Wondercide mission by moving the production line filling the shelves and boxing up products. We currently have both parttime and fulltime opportunities available on this team.
Who You Are:
- Someone with a demonstrated history of building trust in the workplace
- A person who enjoys working with a diverse team
- You have demonstrated experience communicating clearly and effectively with all company departments
- You are committed to your shift schedule including arriving on time informing your manager when any obligations change and arranging your transportation to our warehouse location
- You can take direction and ask for help
- A person who likes to maintain a positive attitude
- Someone flexible and willing to take on new challenges
- Someone with a passion for our mission
- Someone with knowledge of Ship Station software is a plus
- A strong command of the English language
- You are able and willing to lift 30 pounds
- You are capable and willing to bend stoop stand and work with your hands for extended periods
What Youll Do:
- Work with a team to manufacture highquality consumer products that help our customers lead healthier lives
- Fill cap and label bottles with nontoxic liquids
- Operate equipment on the production line
- Continuously identify and recommend process improvements
- Work within established manufacturing best practices maintaining a high level of quality control and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean neat and orderly work area
- Inspect products for quality and report to Operations Management
- Work in a fastpaced environment while meeting established quotas and standards with an emphasis on total customer satisfaction
Logistics:
- This role is expected to work out of our facility at 2200 Chisholm Trail Road Ste 160 Round Rock TX
- Regular shift hours are 7:30 am 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- The position is for 36 months
- Must have a strong command of the English language.
