COMPENSATION: $18.00 $21.00 an hour based on Experience
Job Responsibilities:
As a Quick Lane Technician you will specialize in maintenance and light repair work. Focus on quick highvolumejobs: brakes tires filters batteries and etc. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service orientation and the ability to work as a team independently when in the pit and efficiently.
- Perform maintenance and light repair on all makes and models.
- Ability to effectively communicate the repair needs to an Advisor.
- Maintains all company provided tools and equipment in proper operating condition.
- Reports any missing or damaged tools to management.
- Suggests products service equipment and practices to improve sales safety and customer satisfaction.
- Utilizes Quick Laneprocesses and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient and effective service operations.
- Responsible for other duties assigned and/or required by business needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous light duty repair and maintenance preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass preemployment drug test and background check.
- Ability to utilize physical and manual dexterity.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
