Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the building materials industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries processing orders coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries quotations and followups.
- Process sales orders invoices and coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain and update customer databases sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support in preparing sales presentations proposals and contracts.
- Communicate with clients to address their queries and provide necessary information.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for replenishments.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices with customers as required.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the building materials industry.
