Full time Urgent Care Veterinarian Now Hiring Amazing Schedules Bradenton FL
A partner hospital in Bradenton FL is looking for a fulltime Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a DVM or equivalent degree be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Florida and have at least 3 years of experience in an urgent care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care to pets in need of immediate medical attention.
- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
- Prescribe medications and treatments.
- Perform surgeries as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with clients about their pets health care plans and progress.
Qualifications:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMAaccredited veterinary college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active license in good standing to practice in Florida (or the ability to obtain one).
- At least 3 years of experience in an urgent care setting.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to handle a variety of cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and the team.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
