Linklaters Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic dynamic lawyer to support the Employment practice across a range of initiatives. This position represents a unique opportunity to work with talented engaged and motivated colleagues and clients in Belgium and abroad.
What do we offer
Our employment practice is involved in various highprofile interesting employment matters including recent and ongoing employment restructurings covered in the media. In view of the growing market opportunities we would like to strengthen our team.
We are looking for a motivated talent willing to take on responsibilities and play a major role in the growth of our employment practice.
You will be involved in all areas of both collective and individual employment law including assistance of clients in drafting and terminating employment contracts collective redundancies and all employment aspects of corporate restructurings. Work in these areas not only includes outsidecourt assistance but also covers litigation before the court. You will thus be entrusted with a mix of transactional advisory and litigation work in the employment field.
You will have firsthand contacts with both the legal and HR departments of our clients. Given the increasingly international character of our work there will be plenty of opportunity to work with colleagues and clients worldwide.
We firmly believe that the business a law firm operates in is a people business. That is the reason why we will provide you with stateoftheart training on a practice local and global level on legal technology and soft skills.
