Home Health Aide/HHA Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Nursing Students Personal Care Aides Responsibilities:
Assist clients at home with ADLs and personal care
Assist with bathing toileting and transfers.
Assist and encourage clients to follow prescribed exercise program ROM and ambulation
Remind client to take prescribed medication
Plan prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for client
Provide light housekeeping
Engage with client and provide companionship
