REQUIRED:
TS w/SCI
Functional Role:
Document (ORD) Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) other applicable program documents as required. Review and comment on Reliability Maintainability and Availability (RMA) parameters/specifications as to whether they are appropriate for the system being procured across the acquisition cycle whether they are testable and measureable. Develop and provide briefings to DOT&E IPT and others recommending an Operational Test Strategy what Operational Events should be conducted during each acquisition phase why those events are necessary to reduce risk (cost schedule or performance) to the Program. Develop modifications to the TEMP that address the approved Operational Test StrategyCOIs MOEs MOSs and MOPs recourses required to plan perform analyze and report on Operational Events during all phases of acquisition. Develop solutions to calibration systems problems perform data analysis develop and utilize data processing tools. Provide engineering leadership and oversight for Software Fleet testing. Provide support for other electrical test labs including Hardwareinthe Loop (HiL) Electrical Breadboards and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). Interface with customers to understand test objectives develop test strategies and collect/analyze data to satisfy customer needs. Develop efficiency improvement actions including test automation and lightsout testing strategies. Maintain test systems software and operational databases. May be responsible for supervision and mentoring of subordinate staff.
REQUIRED CERTS & TRAINING:
Bachelors degree in STEM field
5 years of position relevant work experience
Experience with probability and statistics
Experience with T&E event development management data validation and verification and reporting Experience with developing test plans to include test use cases and test reports
Experience with software testing
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Recent and relevant technical experience in DoD test and evaluation activities
