Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Instructional Designe
looking for an Instructional Designer who will provide creative and technical expertise in building interactive and engaging learning solutions to the Customer Support organization. Were looking for someone with a deep understanding of the learning systems and design principles involved in creating digital and inperson learning experiences rooted in subject matter expertise that ultimately create a better customer support experience.
Responsibilities
Utilize instructional design adult learning principles and innovation strategies in the conception design and development of Instructorled and eModule training experiences
Collaborate with subject matter experts on course design and development to translate business content and new product launch information into learnercentered experiences
Apply fundamental research skills to instructional design projects
Create new hire training materials for various support areas
Examine training products to see that they reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners
Design create and oversee the creation of a variety of materials utilizing various tools
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and good experience in instructional
Experience creating learning materials both inside and outside of an LMS
Experience working in a fastpaced environment and ability to manage projects deliverables and workload with a varying degree of complexity and difficulty
Communication and relationshipbuilding skills as this role requires crossfunctional collaboration with diverse
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to set and communicate clear
Ability to work effectively and achieve results in ambiguous
