Job Description
ChickfilA Sandy Springs is looking for highly driven and motivated leaders with a passion for serving others and working in a fast paced high intensity environment to join their Lead D.A.W.G.S Leadership Initiative. This program provides participants the unique opportunity to work side by side with the operator and other members of the leadership team to learn all aspects of running a multimillion dollar ChickfilA franchise with the goal of aligning the participant on a path of pursuing their own ChickfilA franchise or moving into a position with ChickfilA Corporate. In addition this position will challenge the leader by invoking scenarios that will foster growth in business acumen and emotional and cultural intelligence.

Leaders interested in this position must be prepared to:

- Rotate through various centers of focus in the business (Front of House Back of House DriveThru Administration)
- Execute responsibilities ranging from leading in day to day operations to completing offshift tasks such as inventory ordering scheduling or interviewing
- Operate in alignment with Operator and leadership team vision
Skills/Education Needed:
- Bachelors Degree (highly preferred)
- 13 years of leadership and management experience
- Authorized to legally work in the US
- Must be able to meet physical demands of the position which include (but are not limited to) standing for 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
