General Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Marketing the Director of Social Media serves as the voice of the university on social media platforms. This role focuses on developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy creating engaging content advancing UMass Lowells brand on social and fostering interaction and community engagement with the intention to create social communities that will attract and welcome prospective students as well as engage employees alumni opinion leaders and the public. The Director will ensure the universitys presence is strong across all social media channels and will coordinate with various campus departments to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.Remote/hybrid options available.
