About Us:
At Style Netbox we transform brands into masterpieces with innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
As a Call Center Agent you will handle inbound and outbound calls assist customers with inquiries and provide support to our marketing and sales teams. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide product or service information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
Meet daily and weekly call quotas and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Competitive hourly pay $15 $22 per hour).
Monday to Friday schedule 8hour shifts no weekends).
