Job Description
ATTENTION: This position requires graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing) and a state license as a Physical Therapist.

Location: Home Care Brooklyn NY
Type: Fulltime Parttime or PRN (Minimum of 15 hours/week and 3 weekdays of availability required)**
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in homebased settings in the Brooklyn area. This role offers the flexibility to work fulltime parttime or PRN with a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week. The therapist will work primarily with the geriatric population delivering Medicare Part B services.

Job Requirements:
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
- Eligibility for New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- For PRN positions previous experience is preferred.
