Architectural Technician in Hampshire
I am working with a wellestablished firm who are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join our expanding Technical team near Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with a passion for creating highquality technical drawings for residential projects.
Role Summary
The role involves interpreting client briefs and producing detailed working drawings and technical documents in compliance with the latest legislation.
This position offers excellent potential for development enabling you to gain broader experience and progress within the technical team over time.
Key Attributes & Skills
- Experience: At least 2 years of UKbased experience working on residential or mixeduse projects for developer clients or national housebuilders.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of building regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD with Revit experience being desirable but not essential.
- Standards Knowledge: Thorough understanding of M4 (CAT 2 & 3 and Nationally Described Space Standards (NDSS).
