Position Summary:
All FrontofHouse Team Members including the Servermaintain outstanding customer service in every interaction with guests theyhave. The Server ensures that each guest is greeted with a smile and all orders areconsistent and held to Miguels Restaurants standard to provide a greatcustomer experience.
RoleQualifications:
BasicPC knowledge
Abilityto handle cash and credit transactions
Abilityto stand and walk for long periods of time
Abilityto multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellentverbal communication skills
Mustsupply a Food Handlers Card when hired according to current regulations
Mustsupply an Alcohol Server Certification according to current regulations
HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant tostandard including floor tables and restrooms
Assistin resolving customer questions and concerns
Takes pride in serving guests and providingexceptional customer service
Maintainfood safety HACCP checks daily
Completesother duties as assigned by supervisor
