Responsibilities & Duties:
1 A leader is an employee whose primary responsibility in a department or major subdivision thereof is:

2 In addition to the above duties the employee performs necessary annual duties to the full utilization of his or her time.
3 Jobs requiring the incumbent to direct a small crew working with him or her are not classified as lead jobs but such direction is included in the regular job descriptions and evaluation. (Example: Maintenance Department Jobs)
4 Lead personnel will receive a rate equal to or greater than the highest job grade under them.

Other Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a fork truck license and follow all procedures for fork truck safety and inspection.

Monitor the Receiving department areas and communicate concerns and issues to the Supervisor on a Daily basis.
