Location: Shawnee Oklahoma
Salary: Excellent Base Salary & a Yearly Bonus
This is a FULLTIME permanent position

Our client a premier consumer product goods manufacturing company with products sold nationwide is seeking experienced Process Improvement Industrial Engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing improvement projects.
- Provide technical support to the production manufacturing process.
- Design safety and quality enhancements.
- Develop and improve process documentation.
- Drive out defects in the process and enhance overall productivity safety and quality by collaborating with production teams and leadership.
- Associate or bachelors degree (Industrial Engineering Mechanical or Manufacturing Degree).
- 2 Years experience from an industrial manufacturing production plant making Process Improvements.
- Ability to direct and guide efforts of various shift staff members.
- Project management skills and time study experience.
- Technical problemsolving ability with speeds & measurements.
- Experience directing contractors / vendors.
- ERP tool familiarity (such as SAP Oracle or JD Edwards) Enterprise Resource
- Applicable AutoCAD skills.
- Initiative to learn new technology.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to teach and lead others.
- Ability to work off shift or weekends as needed.
- Strong PC skills including MS Office suite.
- Ability to work in a temperaturecontrolled work environment.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
