Overview
Being an Associate at Moorhouse
As we continue to grow and respond to our everchanging client needs we become increasingly more agile in the way we build our consulting teams. Therefore we are looking to grow our associate network to enable us to successfully do this.
We can offer you interesting and varied engagements without the wider commitments of a permanent position. You will playa fundamental role in helping our clients turn strategy into action.
We only recruit the very best and we are focused on maintaining our highquality bar thus we put all our associates through an assessment process. We recognise that there are many experienced consultants who are looking for interesting engagements on a contract basis. If this applies to you scroll down.
Please note these roles are for experienced contractors only. We do not currently have a graduate programme.
Experience
- 6 8 years consulting experience whether this is from a big consulting firm boutique consultancy or experience gained in delivering transformational change in industry
- A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships both with clients and colleagues
- Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
- An ability to shape and lead implementation of complex business change and transformational programmes
- Experience of leading consultant / client delivery teams on key engagements and accounts
- A strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services; with experience of most if not all of the following capabilities;
- Development of change management strategy or plans
- Change impact assessment
- Design and delivery of change interventions
- Communications and stakeholder engagement
- Change and Business readiness assessment
- Benefits realisation modelling
- Enabling change adoption
- Culture transformation
- An industry recognised Change Management accreditation would be beneficial
Contribute to a culture of sustainability and embrace Moorhouses social responsibility by integrating responsible practices and upholding ethical standards and awareness in everyday work.
