Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Fulltime remote Provider Systems Support Specialist at TriWest Healthcare Alliance.
Position Highlights:

Provide direct support to providers using CareAffiliate and Availity systems
Serve in a missionfocused organization improving healthcare for military communities

Position Responsibilities:
Triage and respond to inbound provider support requests
Make outbound calls to providers addressing navigation issues
Provide stepbystep system guidance and education
Conduct root cause analysis and escalate issues appropriately
Utilize deescalation techniques to ensure positive provider experiences
Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
Stay current with platform updates and features
Track and report on all identified issues until resolution
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain favorable DoD background investigation (interim and final)
2 years of experience in a highvolume customer service medical office or contact center
Technology proficient with ability to navigate multiple systems and work independently
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration or related field
Preferred: Experience with provider systems application support
