Cook responsibilities :
Ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
Menu implementation to ensure that the food is of high quality.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes sanitizing surfaces and adhering to proper hygiene standards.
Monitor food temperatures follow proper food storage procedures and document food handling practices to meet health department regulations.
Accurately identify and avoid allergens when preparing meals and follow specific dietary requirements.
Efficiently manage kitchen tasks including planning food ordering and food preparation.
Adhere to Maricopa County Health Department regulations.
Must have food handlers card.
