Overview
RiverView Health is a community owned membership based nonprofit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
RiverView Health has an opening for an Oncall Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist is a clinically competent licensed professional of their discipline who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients through the process of evaluation ongoing assessment planning and implementation of therapy interventions. Effectively and professionally interacts with patients family members responsible party and other health care team members while maintaining RiverView Healths standards of behavior. Complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association the Department of Health and any other professional guidelines or standards. Completes evaluations/treatments with people of all ages from pediatrics to geriatric. Settings may include inpatient care subacute care outpatient care and occupational health. Position does include working a weekend and holiday rotation. Salary range is $36.16 $50.64 and starting wage is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Current State of Minnesota license in Occupational Therapy which must be in good standing is required.
- Bachelor Master or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
- Current American Heart BLS certification is required. If not current training will be provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.
