Job Description

Basic Function
As an Organization Data Analyst at Lyondell Chemical Company within the People and Culture division you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decisionmaking through data analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify trends provide insights and support datadriven HR initiatives. Your expertise in SAP and SuccessFactors will be instrumental in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

- Collaborate with HR business partners to understand data needs and translate them into actionable reports
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and insights for HR strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings effectively
- Conduct adhoc analyses to support HR projects and initiatives
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in data analytics within the HR domain
Min. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Statistics or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis reporting and visualization
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Microsoft Excel SQL or Tableau
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Data Analytics Human Resources or a related field
- Experience working in a multinational organization or HR analytics role
- Certification in HR analytics or data visualization
