We are looking for a Product Support Staff Engineer to join our team in one of todays most exciting
technologies. This role will report to the Product Support Senior Manager and based in Mumbai or Bangalore India and will involve 40 Travel. This is a
fully onsite in office role.

  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teams to provide electrical expertise on daytoday operation of fuel cell power generation plants
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation and commissioning of Fuel Cell systems
  • Investigates and assists customers on power quality issues.
  • Evaluate interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics wire harness drawings and test procedures
  • Understanding of communication protocols like CAN I2C Ethernet etc
  • Coordinate with Engineering Teams and clients to obtain required information discuss options and help develop reliable solutions
  • Failure analysis of electrical components for preventative or corrective action
  • Understanding of National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and the National Electric Code (NEC) and other applicable local / State / Federal rules and regulations.
  • Perform and/or supervise work involving major design installation maintenance and repair of Fuel Cell Systems Transformers Breakers Relays.
  • Ability to communicate clearly & professionally within the team and with external vendors

  • Skills and Experience:
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • 5 years experience in Electrical Engineering preferably in Power industry Mission Critical/Data Center industry.
  • Understanding of analog and digital circuits power devices magnetics control systems switchgear test equipment and instrumentation
  • Knowledge of fuel cells Electrolyzer systems is a plus.
  • Technical leadership and strong background in electrical studies
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate lead and mentor.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastgrowing environment
