- Excellent time management skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data entry analysis and report generation (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with fleet management systems to optimize routes and manage delivery schedules seamlessly.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating effectively with team members and clients through various platforms.
- Ability to analyze transportation data and provide actionable insights to improve dispatch efficiency.
- Commitment to customer service excellence to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions in dispatch operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily dispatch operations by leveraging logistics management software.
- Work closely with the fleet team to ensure timely and costeffective delivery schedules.
- Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and report key performance metrics to management.
- Maintain open communication lines with drivers team members and clients for operational effectiveness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and enhance client relationships.
- Use Microsoft Excel for accurate recordkeeping and generation of dispatch reports.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve overall dispatch processes and operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and transportation regulations.
