We are seeking Next Generation Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA1 to support our mission to defend and protect our national security.
Duties may include:
- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and opensource data to generate insights and leads
- Ensure target continuity profile targets and their activities and develop techniques to gain additional target information
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting tasking and analysis
- Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
- Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets communications network usage and digital footprints
- Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
- Work as part of a team with government military and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs mission relevance and areas of expertise
- Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses critically assess and choose analysis techniques then query merge enrich evaluate and pivot within data to attain and share insights
- Distill document contextualize and share your findingsincluding any new tradecraft that you developwith teammates stakeholders and intelligence consumers
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 years experience without a degree OR 4 years experience with an associate degree OR 2 years experience with a bachelors degree
- Relevant experience must be in conducting cyber intelligence analysis next generation analysis digital network analysis or SIGINT analysis to include target development social network analysis metadata analysis knowledge of customer tool sets and databases
- Foreign language proficiency and Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) scores may be considered as relevant experience.
- Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e. 24week JCAC course may count as 6 months of experience) or may be considered equivalent to a technical associates degree.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and produce intelligence information through adding updating or enhancing information in mission relevant databases
- Ability to conduct target research and analysis and analysis of metadata
- Ability to identify target communications within the global network
- Ability to create and maintain documentation of analysis tradecraft research and knowledge
- Ability to provide formal/informal analysis training in all forms including onthejob training creation of video training artifacts and physical/virtual classroom training
- Ability to work with others across analysis disciplines to produce the best possible results and follow oversight and compliance requirements
