CarePartners is now hiring Enhanced Personal Support Workers in the Owen Sound and surrounding areas!
1:1 with a patient!
Signon Bonus $750

Overview
As a progressive and creative organization CarePartners is proud to be a leader in developing innovative programs. One of our spotlight programs is the eHomeCare Program. This is an innovative provincial program that is unique to home care and includes oversight of the patient through a virtual care platform.
We are looking for energetic and dedicated Personal Support Workers to help patients in our community with activities of daily living.You will help provide palliative and complex care and stable pediatric care for children with complex needs.You will provide care to patients in their own homes working collaboratively with specially trained nurses who will assist you through supportive technology.CarePartnerswill provide education specific toeHomeCare as well as a comprehensive fully paid orientation.
This is a permanent position.
Hours of work will be overnights 11PM 7AM shifts are inclusive of weekdays and a rotation of weekends.

- A valid drivers license (G or G2 Classification) access to a reliable vehicle and proof of automobile insurance
- Valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker Internationally Trained Nurse Health Care Aid Developmental Support Worker Home Support Worker or enrollment in a Nursing program
- To protect our patients we require current vulnerable sector check screening a clear background check
New Ontario PSW grads may be eligible to * receive a $10000 bonus**
* From an approved PSW program in Ontario (on or after April 1 2024
** in exchange for a commitment to work with us position for 12 months payable at 6 months and 12 months must meet HFO eligibility and HFO eligibility status*
and an additional $10000 relocation bonus***
*** when relocating to rural remote or northern area and committing to working with us for 12 months payable at start and 6 months
What The Role Involves
- Delivering care and support to patients and their families in their home
- Providing quality integrated care through direct communication between a nurse via laptop/tablet and theeHomeCareSupport Worker via smartphone throughout their shift
What You Bring
