The Real Estate Analyst Deal Management is responsible for performing a variety of activities and projects including financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages. This role supports the national GSE production team and involves collaboration with various Berkadia divisions. Additionally the analyst provides project assistance to help grow the firms national mortgage banking production.

We Innovate to shape the future of CRE so in this role you will:

• Actively communicate with Berkadias mortgage banking network regarding products and policies.
• Perform analyst duties for the national Agency origination team including reviewing sizing and pricing multifamily transactions with the product originations team during the quote process and communicating with Fannie Mae.
• Draft quotes for the business and credit teams input quotes into the Salesforcebased internal tracking system and prepare internal approval memos for Berkadias Credit Committee.
• Understand and review loan servicing data and analyze multifamily market information such as rent/sale comps capitalization rates market vacancy industry trends and competitor information to evaluate loan opportunities and support the development of the production platform.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with both internal and external customers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• 13 years of experience in a similar position.
